We had a lovely city break at this charming colonial house. The building had been tastefully renovated and presented to a high standard. The location of the property was very central, with easy access to local amenities and tourist attractions. The owners were friendly and hospitable, making our stay more enjoyable. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms.
We did find a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay which could be improved upon. We missed having a bench or shelf at the sink in the bathroom to put our toiletries on, which can be a hassle when getting ready.

The house was beautifully restored and the room I stayed in was clean. the large, modern kitchen available to guests was a great convenience. the property was located within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the town's offerings.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it extremely uncomfortable during hot summer nights. the absence of fly screens also led to me finding an unwanted insect in my bed.
